Quality Manager (Mumbai)

Job Description

  • Overall management of Quality Assurance and Health and Safety function.
  • Validating Quality of services through Quality Checklist & evidences provided by circle QA teams.
  • Monitoring and Controlling activities of the department.
  • Managing & providing resolution on the product & service issues reported.
  • Responsible for implementation of Partner performance Measurement.
  • Providing Corrective & Preventive Actions to field teams.
  • Planning and Implementation of Ceragon H&S standards across projects.
  • Monitor Project quality team for achieving their respective KPIs.
  • Circulate monthly Project Quality KPI Analysis for all ongoing projects.
  • Ensure L2/L3 Inspection , Product Quality Issue Escalation.
  • Documentation according to core quality management rules.
  • Training’s Management.
  • Conducting cross functional Quality Audits to identify areas of improvements.
  • Support Project account in securing vendor self-check QA submission.
  • Monitors and ensures project adherence to QA procedures, and reports on the effective implementation of Telecom QMS Procedures and Work Instructions.
  • Develop and deploy the quality plan and ensure that it is documented and accessible.
  • Accountable for ensuring that procedures are in place to support successful execution of Organizations telecom projects.
  • Support any other QA project initiated during the period.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Telecom and preferably last 4 years minimum as Quality lead.
  • Certifications like six sigma, CMMI and Certification in Health & Safety desirable.
  • Experience in MW I&C, functionality & troubleshooting is highly desirable.
