· A senior member of an In-house legal department at a high-tech company.
· Cross-border transactions and international trading in the telecommunication sector.
· Contracts drafting and negotiation (predominantly hardware and software sale and services agreements, subcontracting, RFPs, procurement, license agreements, lease, cooperation and construction works agreements, employment and consultancy agreements, NDA's etc.)
· RFPs/Bid-responses process management from a legal standpoint vis-à-vis the customer and the internal stakeholders.
· On-going legal consultation on all matters relating to the company’s day-to-day operations.
· Familiarity with and management of the respective implications of compliance and corporate governance matters such as Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, AML, GDPR, Export Controls etc.
· Engagement with and management of outside counsels/law firms when and where needed.
· At least 5 years of experience as a commercial lawyer at an In-house legal department of a publicly traded international company. Experience with the telecom industry - an advantage
· Familiarity with communication or high-tech industry, cross-border and international trading transactions and compliance laws.
· High-end English language drafting and negotiation skills.
· Business orientation and approach.
· Ability to manage in-house personnel and external lawyers, and multilateral international transactions with numerous stakeholders.
· Ability for travelling and working at extraordinary hours vis-à-vis different time zones.
