Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us attract the best talent to our site in Bangalore.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, be creative and have the ability to source, screen, and assess candidates. 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies and execute on them.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and match them to available job openings.
  • Source and screen resumes and applications.
  • Conduct interviews and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date job records and reports.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in the recruitment process.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources or recruiting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
