We are seeking a dynamic and experienced French-speaking Sales Engineer with a focus on both Ceragon and Siklu’s licensed and unlicensed Point-to-Point (PtP) and Point-to-Multipoint (PtMP) solutions, and Network Management Systems. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background in wireless communication systems, complemented by exceptional sales acumen and proficiency in customer relationship management. As a pivotal member of our team, the Sales Engineer will play a critical role in articulating the value of our solutions and services, effectively addressing the business challenges encountered by our clients.
The position is a remote position that can be located in various countries in EMEA and requires travel as needed.
Responsibilities:
Act as a technical advisor and product expert for prospects and customers across the region.
Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams, providing professional technical and commercial responses to the field, offering feedback to product management based on regional requirements, and promoting product and service sales while optimizing profitability.
Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, face to face or web meetings to comprehensively identify, understand, and define customer needs, objectives, roadmaps, timelines, and/or business requirements, thereby translating them into solutions that best address their needs.
Understand, construct, and effectively communicate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models, utilizing value-based selling techniques to position differentiators and highlight the return on investment (ROI) of our solutions.
Provide support and guidance to customers during the network design phase through a consultative approach
Take ownership of producing optimized Bills of Materials (BOM) and effectively communicate them to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with their requirements.
Drive all aspects of successful Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and proofs of concept, from initial requirements to solution design, response delivery, and solution testing.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and translate these insights into our solution approach, ensuring alignment with current market dynamics and client expectations.
Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to clients, including senior executives (C-Level, VPs, and Directors), effectively showcasing the value proposition of our solutions and services.
Set priorities and maintain focus in line with sales requirements, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain a high level of best practices and hands-on expertise in our solutions, serving as a technical expert and providing guidance on the integration of our solutions with clients' internal systems.
Job Requirements
3+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on wireless communication solutions.
Excellent oral and written skills in French and English.

Extensive technical expertise in wireless communication systems, including licensed and unlicensed PtP, and PtMP technologies, Network Managements Systems and Ethernet Layer-2 protocols is required. Layer-3 IP protocol experience of benefit.
Ability to see and present the “vision”, architect solutions to solve customer problems, and uncover business challenges and develop custom solutions to solve them.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior executives.
Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients, attend industry events, and support business development initiatives.
Ability to manage time and resources effectively, meet deadlines and execute on strategic objectives.
