Product Business Unit Head: Software Lead Managed Services

POSITION OVERVIEW

This executive position will lead the initiation and growth of a new business unit at Ceragon, with the mission of driving Ceragon’s strategy to become a leader of Managed Services for network operations and optimization.

Responsibility will include overseeing the Unit’s global P&L, building a software led services offering strategy that will contribute to portfolio expansion, design and implement marketing strategy to create brand awareness and generate presence in all relevant markets, and lead teams that will develop software platforms that supports the managed services offered. The role will include engagement with third parties and other collaborations that will support our growth strategy, as well as engaging with customers to support the sales process and help with creating the right solution and business model for the customer needs. Sales will be led by Ceragon’s Customer Business Organization.


GOALS

  • Build and manage a cohesive out of the BOX offering for MGS
  • Develop software tools and capabilities to differentiate Ceragon’s MGS value
  • Build the Ceragon Brand in the MGS domain and the supporting sales material
  • Train and support the regions in selling MGS
  • Build the financial and pricing model for MGS
  • Collaborate with Ceragon’s Chief Revenue Officer and Region Heads to drive MGS sales and oversee a shadow P&L for the BU
  • Build and run an operation team to provide global MGS operational support to customers, including remote and onsite support, as applicable

Job Requirements

  • A visionary executive who can build a strong story that inspires people and build a strategy to bring it alive
  • Has the willingness and capability to work “Hands-on” in order to lead an incubation phase of a new initiative
  • Capable of building new solutions and turning vision to roadmap to “product”
  • Executive style to interact with Executives inside and outside Ceragon
  • Significant experience in SW & Services companies, preferably in software-led services businesses of a global scale
  • Experience in the Telco industry
  • Professional Experience in building and selling managed services and software solutions
  • Resilience and determination, maturity
  • Excellent communication skills
