We are looking for HRBP to join our people team, be the partner for the global product and corporate development organizations reporting to People and Talent Director.

 

Responsibilities

  • People and Talent: Responsibility for managing the employee life cycle, retain and attract new talents, monitoring and leading key talents plans and people engagement
  • Business Partner: Consulting for managers at different levels in change processes, managerial dilemmas and organizational complexities to meet business goals and help maximize inherent potential
  • Innovation and Culture; Takes the initiative to develop solutions to changing circumstances, heads off problems, and seeks innovative ways to increase sustainable impact. Can translate organizational hurdles to change programs and implement improvements in a structured manner
  • Implement Global HR Processes; Implement people processes (performance, learning, development, C&B), participate in cross-functional initiatives through collaboration with Global HR Team and take an active role in improving processes

Job Requirements

  •  3-5 years of experience as HRBP for R&D departments in global technology organizations
  • People person, has passion and a strong understanding of people programs, change leadership, consulting and talent strategy
  • Consultative: has the ability to engage, reflect and advise to leaders and seniors, participate actively and at the same time step back to absorb the big picture
  • Experience in technological talent acquisition-advantage
  • Great team player, innovative and proactive, comfortable to work in a fast paced and create collaborative relationships with partners
  • Both written and verbal English communication skills
  • Academic degree, preferably in psychology, organizational sociology or human relations. MBA an advantage
