Business Finance Manager

Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Finance Manager to join our team in North America. You will play a key role in supporting the region by overseeing the Financial Planning and reporting, including Analysis of new business deals and AR Management. This position requires a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate financial insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

This role will be Reporting to VP Business finance, located in Israel 

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Reporting

1.      Drawing the Annual operating Plan, partnering with multiple stake holder including region head and HQ FP&A Team

2.      Rollover Quarterly forecast (Present View) submission (Booking, Revenue, COGS & OPEX)

3.      Cost control and management in line of AOP

4.      Weekly revenue forecast and follow up with sales/ project team, to meet the target.

5.      Quarterly closing and finalize the PNL, analysis and commentary for result vs Budget / Present View

6.      Ensure Revenue recognition as per US GAAP

Collection and AR Management  

7.      Collection, credit management and AR in North America and the Caribbean

8.      Periodic review of customer credit limit and action accordingly

9.      Weekly collection review meeting with HQ Treasury/ CFO

Deal Analysis

10.  Analysis of new business deal financially including tax and other compliances (including WHT/ Custom duty)

11.  Optimize the cost and work with Internal team for cost reduction plan

12.  Heavily involved in customer- and vendor-facing activities (negotiations, contract drafting etc.)

Team Leadership

Manage (directly and matrix) and develop a team of 2-3 finance professionals (CPA’s and financial analysts), providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster their professional growth and development.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

BA in Finance/Accounting / CPA.

5+ years of experience in similar positions in Global Public Companies

Experience as Team Leader, with capabilities to work, collaborate with multidisciplinary groups, Business Acumen, and interacting with different hierarchies in the company.
