Telecom Sales Manager (Buenos Aires, Argentina)

Job Description

A highly experienced sales professional with ample knowledge and wide-ranging experience.  Responsible for representing the company and selling its products and services. Provides total service to assigned customers (account manager) or assigned product or product line, assigned market segment, a specific geographic territory. Focus on Business Development for new and existing accounts.

Main Functions and Responsibilities

  • Present and sell the Company’s products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Work on business development for existing accounts.
  • Explore new accounts and segments besides service providers and government within the Region.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify sales prospects and contract these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Regularly prepare sales forecast reports.
  • Provide routine weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting as required by the Company’s procedures and his/her supervisor.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports as required and maintain a high degree of accuracy in the reporting systems including Sales Force.
  • Follow up client’s order internally.

Job Requirements

Basic requirements

  • Engineer in Telecommunications, Engineer in Electronics or similar University Degree (mandatory).
  • Post Graduate Degree in Business (desirable).
  • English: Advance Level.
  • Availability to travel domestic and abroad.
  • +5 years of similar experience.
