Ceragon Oil & Gas division is placed in Bergen, Norway and here we are looking for a talented individual who is seeking an opportunity in the Oil and Gas sector.
As a Sales Manager, your mission will be to manage existing key customers and to develop and close new business in order to secure quarterly and annual targets.
Develop and maintain existing Customers relations.
Forecast sales targets and ensure that they are met.
Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
Locate and propose potential business deals with potential partners/clients.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Participate in marketing activities: Trade shows, conferences and other marketing events as well as develop sales and marketing material.
Prepare and perform technical presentations mapping products to client needs.
Organize the handover to Projects providing the necessary documentation and operating instructions.
Strictly enforce both Customer and Ceragon QHSE processes rules
Collaborate closely with the regional Teams.
BSc. or MSc. degree in Microwave, Telecom for Oil & Gas and/or any related IT industries.
Minimum 5 years of Sales Management experience within the field.
International experience from the Operator and Vertical market segments.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability/desire to get the job done regardless of what it takes.
Self-motivated with the ability to initiate, follow up and complete activities.
Ability to work under high pressure and to deliver on schedule.
Competitive, creative and articulate.
Excellent English communication skills – verbal as well as written.
Other languages are a plus.
